Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to e-Platforms digital marketing services. It is intended to be clear and fair, and it is not legal advice.
Custom work
Custom strategy, design, setup, consulting, website, automation, advertising, SEO, and marketing work may be non-refundable once work has started. This is because agency time, planning, research, setup, and creative work are reserved for the customer and may not be reusable.
Projects not yet started
If a project has not started, refund requests may be reviewed case by case. Any refund review may consider payment processing costs, scheduled time, completed planning, and written agreements.
Monthly services
Monthly services can be cancelled with written notice before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future recurring service work after the current paid period unless the customer and e-Platforms agree otherwise in writing.
Disputes and billing questions
Customers should contact e-Platforms as soon as possible with billing questions, disputes, or concerns so the issue can be reviewed. Contact support at contact@e-platforms.org.
No guaranteed marketing outcomes
Refunds are not provided based only on rankings, leads, sales, revenue, advertising performance, or other outcomes that cannot be guaranteed. e-Platforms will review service concerns in good faith based on the agreed scope of work.
